First, let me start by saying that you are an exceptional company to work with. In all my experience working with different companies in my home improvement endeavors, there is not one company that stands out as #1 for customer service. When I say stand out, I refer to the care and follow up given to the project. I am in the customer service business, as I sell medical equipment and rely on return business so my customer service has to be the best. I have not worked with one company who has ever been so attentive to my surroundings and taken so much as possible in ensuring the existing space in my home is not disturbed.

I did mention to you when we spoke, that I would have liked for the dining room to be "quarantined" for the duration of the "dusty" time frame. But other than that, you and your team did a phenomenal job working with me to accomplish what I had set out to do. I appreciate the professionalism and care given to my family and home. Most companies are just in existence to make a dollar the cheapest way they can and do not take into consideration my expectations for what I am paying for.
